From family nights and school celebrations to fundraising and volunteer activities, our events help build school spirit, strengthen community connections, and support our students and teachers.​

Celebrate "Hi!" and "Bye!"

Join us as we celebrate the school year together! We host two free annual picnics each year:

• Back-to-School Celebration to kick off the new school year.
• End-of-Year Celebration to wrap up another great year and toast to summer vacation!

All students, families, teachers, and staff are invited to drop by, enjoy a free sweet treat, listen to some great tunes, connect, and celebrate!
A little help goes a long way - volunteer for a set-up or clean-up shift to help make these events a success!

Free Coffee and Feelings

Tears or cheers—all emotions are welcome. The first day is a big milestone for parents, too!

Join Principal Schmidt and the Parent Group at the main entrance during drop-off. Celebrate (or commiserate!) with fellow parents over fresh coffee, fun giveaways, and a commemorative photo booth.

​Excited, emotional, or a bit of both—we can’t wait to welcome you and your kiddo(s) to the E.P. Rock community!

Bring the Fri-Yay!​

Pop in on the first Friday of each month to deliver joy and popcorn to Rock classrooms.

Shop, Support & Serve

Did you know all of our Book Fair sales direclty benefit E.P. Rock? Our school earns 50% of in-school sales + 25% of online purchases. All earnings go toward free books for our students, teachers, and library!

We need your help!  Our Book Fair is planned, organized and managed by the Parent Group and is 100% staffed by Rock family volunteers. Earn Scholastic Dollars for each shift worked, good towards any book or item at the Book Fair! And there's no experience needed!

Fun for Every Eagle!

Family Fun Nights bring Rock students, families, teachers, and staff together throughout the year for fun-filled evenings that strengthen our school community. Every E.P. Rock family is invited to attend.

These events are free, with optional freewill donations supporting future programs and activities. Interested in helping? We'd love to have you join our team of volunteers as we plan and host these special events!
