The purpose of the digital student directory is to promote and encourage communication among students and families. Only those who wish to be included, release information, and submit the following form will be listed. You can determine which information you want included in the directory. The directory WILL NOT be used for solicitation.
If you want to be included in the directory and receive E.P. Rock Parent Group communication, please submit the following form by September 28, 2018 for inclusion in the 2018-2019 school year directory.
If your information is not received by September 28, 2018, your information will not be included in the directory and you will not receive a digital copy of the directory.
